Our ID was Ashton who began the journey with us since Jan 2019 when we collected our keys and started working almost on a weekly basis. Giving us ideas and drawing out concepts and designs which me and my wife found it really going out of the way and doing the extra mile for his clients. The trust we had on him and ideasxchange was really built gradually till we came to an understanding that we don't even need to check on this guy we know he would have done a great job. True enough Ashton delivered and did a fantastic job on the house. The work was timely and finished to perfection. We loved it. Thanks Ashton and ideasxchange. Hubby and I met up with several IDs but we chose IdeasXchange because we were blown away by the 3D rendering Noris and Calvin did for us. After searching a few IDs, I finally managed to get the right ID for my house. My ID, Denn Huang, was really patient at explaining the quotation details and sharing great ideas with us. Being a first time owner to our very first flat, we weren’t sure how realistic our ideas and concepts are, so we were looking for someone who can guide us and not just follow our ideas to quote. My ID was very meticulous to advise us when it is not feasible or not practical. We really appreciate the kind of advices that our ID gave. Once the renovation starts, it was so fuss-free for us! Our ID updates us every now and then on the status and schedule of the renovation. He settled almost everything for us without us wasting much time taking leaves. Our renovation was done within a few weeks, less than 2 months!! Our carpentry work was awesome and our house turned out to be exactly what we wanted. It has been 5 mths since I moved into my new condo and i'm pleased to share my review after engaging Caine on the renovation of my unit . He has been very professional right from the start of the ID designs to the completion of the renovations. As with all the renovations, there are minor hiccups but he always providing assurance and ensuring his crew work out the things to our satisfaction. Being first-time homeowners, we spent some time visiting a number of ID and carpentry firms to determine the right one for us. We felt very blessed to have met Ian and his team from IdeasXchange as the decision to engage him reaped wonderful results for us.
